由皮膚電阻測試探討持續性過敏性鼻炎患者的潛在經脈因素

過敏性鼻炎是一種與環境變化有關的疾病，而中醫的經脈即是負責溝通人體內外環境，運行氣血的功能。本研究即是在探討過敏性鼻炎之患者經由穴道電檢儀(ElectroDermal Screen Device, EDSD) 所量測到的經脈穴位資料，利用因素分析法進行分析其可能潛在的經脈因素，以利中醫診斷及治療。因素分析是一種將相關性強的變項群可以形成有意義的構面，而且構面間盡可能的互斥的統計方法。我們蒐集到實驗組過敏性鼻炎患者111筆和對照組非過敏性鼻炎患者67筆的資料。從兩者的巨觀訊息顯示，對照組的二十個穴道值之第一個4分位數最低值爲48、第三個4分位數最高值爲56，恰好與儀器設定基本值（48到55之間）相近，兩端的中間值爲52或可訂定爲正常值的單一水平量；而實驗組的二十個穴道值很明顯地高出正常水平值，且上下震盪較大。微觀分析方面，運用因素分析的建構法以萃取出鑑別性較高的穴道群組，分別比較分析實驗組的111筆資料和94人次資料時，前三個群組呈現出完全一致結果，反應出111筆資料中部份患者之多次就診測量並不影響微觀訊息，或可適度印證此分析法的穩定性和原始資料的可靠性。最重要的是，所萃取出來的三個穴道群組，正好部份印證了馬光亞醫師所指出過敏性鼻炎的陰虛肺肝有熱證的特點。因此，要瞭解表面因素的呼吸系統構面以及治療潛在因素的肝脾構面是爲診療的重要準則。

Allergic rhinitis is a disease closely related to the change of the environment. The meridians in TCM are responsible in communicating the internal and external environment and transporting qi and blood. This research is to discuss the hidden meridian factors that can be analyzed with the data collected from Electrodermal Screen Device (EDSD) through factor analysis in order to pinpoint TCM diagnosis and treatment. Factor analysis is a statistical method used to link independent significance between closely related variables. We have collected data from 111 cases in the experiment group and 67 cases in the control group of allergic rhinitis. The macro information shows that the lowest value of the first 4 digits in the 20 acupuncture points in the control group is 48; the highest value of the third 4 digits is 56. Both of which are close to the basic value setup by the instrument (between 48 to 55). The medium of these two is 52, or it can be setup as a single level of a normal value; the value detected from the 20 acupuncture points in the experiment group is obviously higher than the normal average with large fluctuation. From micro analysis, when applying factor analysis to extract highly significant group of acupuncture points and analyzing the 111 data and 94 man-time from the experiment group, all three groups show unanimous results. It shows the micro information is not affected by multiple visits of the patients in these 111 data. It may also prove the stability of this analytical method and the accountability of the original data. The most important of all, the three acupuncture groups that being extracted can prove the characteristics of lung yin deficiency and liver heat of the allergic rhinitis mentioned by Dr. Guang-Ya Ma. Therefore, to understand the superficial factor of the respiratory dimension and to treat the hidden factor of the liver and spleen dimensions is an important principle in the diagnosis and treatment of the allergic rhinitis.
