過敏性鼻炎的中醫治療研究

摘要

台灣地處亞熱帶，氣候潮濕多變，早晚溫差大，生活於綠地少的都會區，污染原、過敏原層出不窮，加上緊張度日益增加，過敏疾病日益增多。隨年齡成長，過敏疾病的發生皆不同，最早見於嬰兒爲食物過敏及濕疹，然後才是氣喘，到了成年後最多爲過敏性鼻炎。對於過敏性鼻炎的治療，應重視病理生理機轉及中醫病因病機的演變，推演出治則，用藥廣納中草藥。

Taiwan is located in the sub-tropical area with high humidity and variable weather patterns. Living in urban area with less greenery and more allergens, plus the increasing stress in life, more and more allergy related problems are shown. Different allergy problems appear in different age groups: infants often are allergic to food and show in the form of eczema and asthma; in adults, allergic rhinitis is more common. The treatment of allergic rhinitis should focus on the physiological changes and etiology and mechanism of the disease in Chinese medicine theory. Chinese herbal medicine should be widely adopted in the treatment.
