清熱利濕法治療痛經

本病例報告患者為一43歲女性，自兩年前開始出現嚴重經痛情形，西醫婦產科醫師診斷為右側巧克力囊腫，於99年5月實行右側輸卵管及部分卵巢切除手術後併施打Leuplin六劑停經半年後，經痛改善良好。然而，近兩次月經來潮時，又復發經痛劇烈如手術前，因此前來求診中醫以期改善痛經問題。患者經服用清熱利濕之劑後症狀明顯改善，後續追蹤半年後亦無痛經復發情形，治療成效良好。

This is a 43-year-old female suffered from severe dysmenorrhea since 2 years ago. The right ovarian chocolate cyst was diagnosed by gynecologist and right salpingectomy and right partial oophorectomy was performed in May, 2010, then received Leuplin treatment in the following 6 months. The dysmenorrhea got improved. However, in recent two menstrual cycles severe dysmenorrhea recurred. She came to our OPD to seek traditional Chinese medicine for relive. With the medication of clearing heat and draining damp, the patient's symptom improved significantly and no recurrence was noticed for more than 6 months follow-up.
