祛瘀化痰法治療子宮內膜刮除術後陰道出血不止病例報告

A Case Report: Treating Vaginal Bleeding after Dilatation and Curettage with the Method of Blood Stasis Dispelling and Phlegm Transforming

摘要

患者為48歲女性患者，因月經後期且量少，故於民國100年8月進行診斷性子宮內膜刮除術，而後陰道出血不止超過三周，並伴隨大量血塊、下腹悶痛。於本院中醫部診為流產術後惡露不絕，證型為痰瘀互結，治療則以祛瘀為主，理氣化痰為輔，處方以生化湯合二陳湯加減。用藥後一周，血塊量減且下腹悶痛減，再治療一周後便無血塊及下腹悶痛。

The 48-year-old woman was performing diagnostic dilatation and curettage due to oligomenorrhea in August, 2011. Vaginal bleeding with large amount of clot and lower abdominal pain since then. The diagnosis was lochia. The classification of syndrome was intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. The major method of treatment was dispelling blood stasis and the minor was qi rectifying and phlegm transforming. The prescription was Sheng-Hua decoction with Er-Chen decoction. There were no vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain after the Chinese medical treatment in two weeks.
