The 48-year-old woman was performing diagnostic dilatation and curettage due to oligomenorrhea in August, 2011. Vaginal bleeding with large amount of clot and lower abdominal pain since then. The diagnosis was lochia. The classification of syndrome was intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. The major method of treatment was dispelling blood stasis and the minor was qi rectifying and phlegm transforming. The prescription was Sheng-Hua decoction with Er-Chen decoction. There were no vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain after the Chinese medical treatment in two weeks.
