Post Myomectomy Vaginal Bleeding for Two Weeks: A Case Report

摘要

一位43歲女性病患因多發性子宮肌瘤，長期月經量多、經期延長導致嚴重貧血且肌瘤逐漸增大，遂施行開腹式子宮肌瘤切除手術，術後陰道出血難淨，故尋求中醫治療。經辨證屬氣血虧虛夾瘀滯，以歸脾湯補益心脾氣血、固攝衝任為主要處方，服藥2週，出血量逐漸減少，症狀獲得改善。

A 43 years old woman had multiple uterine myomas and menorragia for a long time. Because of the severe anemia and the size of myomas was growing larger, she received an abdominal myomectomy. After the surgery, she complained that her vagina had been bleeding for 2 weeks so she went to Chinese medicine for help. Identifying the disease pattern was qi and blood vacuity with blood stasis, we used Gui Pi Tang as the main prescription to supplement both qi and blood of heart and spleen, stem the thoroughfare and control vessels. After two weeks treatment, the bleeding volume decreased and symptoms got better.
