出生於醫生世家的洪志勳從小就有極高的自我主張,大學時期沒有順從家族期望唸醫學科系,甚至在某次的機遇下,受到了一本書的啟發,下定決心從事廣告業,並且堅定的奉獻於此行業多年。在廣告產業服務數十年的他,從開始接觸廣告,就經常將「實力」掛在嘴邊,也秉持著努力、堅持的態度去面對在產業界遇到的種種挑戰。非常注重策略傳播的他,多年來下來,除了培養自身專精的能力,也累積了「真」實力,並創辦了屬於自己的廣告公司—太笈策略傳播股份有限公司,公司的經營主軸倡導著「策略傳播」、「共鳴力」等原則在廣告產業的重要性。由太笈操刀的案例,屢次在業界創下榮耀的佳績,這也讓洪志勳多年來的堅持有所回饋。中年後的他,從工作的經驗探討著人生的方向,領悟到生活不僅僅只有工作,應學習如何平衡自己的身心,還需配合生活品質才是維持工作熱忱的長久之計。「學習」這件事情對他來說從來沒有盡頭,他熱愛挑戰新鮮的事物,在中年時期找到了長期陪伴他放鬆,舒壓的興趣。洪志勳在產業界是一顆閃爍的行星,卻總是說著自己因爲受到貴人們的協助才能發光發熱,並且認為努力完成自己喜歡的事物,誠心的態度終究會被看見,也希望透過自身的人生故事,鼓勵後輩朝自己的夢想努力邁進!

Born into a family of doctors, Jacky Hong had several uninherited traits-not only did he not study medicine during university, but inspired by a book at the time, he decided to pursue a career in advertising and has now been devoted to it for decades. Jacky Hong has always been attentive to the concept of inner strength since beginning his career and has encountered numerous challenges in the industry that he has overcome with hard work. The Toplan company wishes to demonstrate that communication strategies and the "resonance" of communication play a critical role in the advertising industry. Toplan has repeatedly achieved superb results in the advertising cases it has handled, rewarding company chairman Jacky Hong for his years of perseverance. In the middle of his life, Jacky Hong explored his life's direction in light of his work experience and realized that life was not only about work but also about learning how to balance mind and body. He recognized that attaining such a balance was the only way to maintain his passion for work. He still loves to take on new challenges and has found a long-term interest in relaxation and stress-relief activities in his middle age. Jacky Hong has recorded vast achievements in the industry, but he always reiterates that he is able to shine because of the assistance of valued people. He also believes that his sincere commitment to working hard to accomplish his goals can be a model to others and hopes that sharing his life story will encourage others to work toward their dreams.
