跨功能產品研發團隊之組成對成本抑減績效之影響

摘要

產品研發是企業重要經營活動。其涉及企業組織各個層面，而組織整體的運作成效將影響產品研發的績效。企業為提高產品研發成效，組織內部成員能否相互溝通、協調為一大課題。企業開始重視整合組織內各功能的成員，來自研發、生產、行銷部門的專業人員與會計部門組成的跨功能產品發展團隊以研發產品。本研究重點置於組織內部功能性部門的有效整合對成本抑減有何影響。並以成本績效面探討各個功能性部門成員參與程度對成本抑減的影響。研究結果顯示，（1）多數部門參與產品研發對成本抑減績效是有助益的；（2）行銷部門及零件供應商加入產品研發對成本的抑減有貢獻；（3）產品研發的各階段需要多數功能性部門的參與，始能獲致產品研發的成功。尤在產品市調與計劃階段，多數部門參與產品研發對成本抑減有極大幫助。

Product development and innovation is a critical business activity for a company. Organizational performance by functional department interaction and collaboration will affect cost-reduction performance of product development. Achieving an effective and efficient product development, companies try to integrate the functional members from R & D, Production, marketing, and accounting, etc. In this research, we examined the cost-reduction performance of product development caused by functional members' integration and interaction (cross-functional team). Besides, we also investigated the cost-reduction performance contributed by functional participants at each stage of product development The results indicates that (1) more participation from the members of the relevant functions leads to a good cost-reduction performance; (2) there is a positive effect on cost-reduction performance when marketing department and suppliers jointly involved in the product development process; (3) the functional members involvement in product development is indispensable for successful product development.
