摘要 台灣的經濟發展以科技產業為主流,而科技產業的核心為研發創新,企業對於研發投資與重視已普遍被視為建立與提升競爭優勢的關鍵(Brown and Eisenhardt,1995;Tsai and Wang,2004)。而高科技產業,是如何有效發展產品研發績效來提升企業競爭力?高科技產業的產品研發績效,是用什麼「關鍵因素」來推動呢?本研究系以模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP),探究高科技產業與產品研發績效之間的課題。 研究所得之主要結論如下:「公司管理階層支持度」與「研發團隊組成與能力」這兩大構面合計權重值達65.5%,在目前「高科技產業產品研發績效」,決策者應將其列為最優先考量之層面。
Abstract Taiwan's economic development in high-tech industry for the mainstream and the High-tech industry for research and innovation, enterprise for R&D investment and attention has generally been regarded as crucial to establish and enhance the competitive advantage (Brown and Eisenhardt, 1995; Tsai and Wang, 2004). The high-tech industry is how to effectively develop product development to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises performance? What is "The factors affect R&D performance in high-tech industry " used to promote it? In this study is using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process( FAHP) to study the high-tech industry and product development between performance. The main conclusions of the Institute was as follows: "Company management support" and "R&D team’s composed and ability" These two facets of the total weight value of 65.5% . The current "R&D performance in High-tech Industry" policy makers should be consideration of the highest priority level.
