聚酯片材為替代PVC 片材的環保材質,近年來新進入者快速增加,需求成長不及產能擴充,台灣聚酯片材業者應就產業競爭關鍵成功因素進行自我評析,掌握自身的核心能耐,創造產業競爭優勢。 本研究將以Porter(1985)所提出的價值鏈觀點,發展成衡量構面,並運用專家意見法與模糊層級分析法(FAHP)做為本研究的分析方法,進行分析各個衡量構面與評估準則間的權重關係,以探討台灣聚酯片材產業競爭關鍵成功因素。 研究結果發現「行銷與售後服務」與「進料出貨後勤與生產作業」這兩大構面之合計權重值達71.7%,在目前「供過於求」競爭激烈的聚酯片材產業,企業決策者應將其列為最優先考量之層面。綜合研究結論:在完全競爭的聚酯片材市場中要保有競爭優勢,必須具備優於同業的配銷通路鋪設能力與國際行銷能力,而優良的品質、交單時程的控管、合理的價格是成功拓展市場的關鍵,尋找低價品質穩定的原物料,利用技術研發與產品創新能力,以強化產品差異化與客製化能力,並與上、中、下游策略聯盟開發新市場,方可成為一個具備全球化競爭力的台灣聚酯片材廠商。
Polyester sheet is environmentally friendly material to replace PVC sheet. The new entrants are rapid increase in recent years. The growth in demand is less than capacity expansion. The polyester sheet industry should self-assessment the key success factors of industrial competitiveness. Master self own core competence to create industry competitive advantage. This study focuses on the perspective of the value chain by Porter (1985), the development of a measure dimensions and the use of expert opinion method and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as a method of analysis in this study, the analysis of each measure dimensions and evaluation weight relationship between the criteria and to explore Taiwan polyester sheet industry competition key success factors. The study results showed that "Marketing and After-sales service" and "Inbound & Outbound Logistics and Operations" these two major dimensions the total weight value of 71.7%.In the current oversupply competitive polyester sheet industry, business decision-makers should be listed as a top priority level. Comprehensive study conclusions: In a perfectly competitive market for polyester sheet to retain a competitive advantage, the distribution channels for laying ability and the international marketing ability must have superior to its peers. Excellent quality, and pay a single control, reasonable price is the key to successfully expand the market. To find for low price and stable quality raw materials, the use of technology R & D and product innovation ability to enhance product differentiation and customization ability. And upstream, midstream and downstream strategic alliance to develop new markets in order to become polyester sheet manufacturers in Taiwan have globalized competitive.
