「智慧工廠」是近年來全球產業界最熱門探討的議題,各國政府與國際大廠正積極推動智慧工廠。身為台灣經濟支柱的製造業,如今正面臨兩大挑戰。一是大陸「紅色供應鏈」的崛起與衝擊,第二則是由於少子化,導致勞動力缺口逐年擴大。政府為協助製造業突破困境,決定推動「生產力4.0」計畫,協助產業界建構智慧工廠,藉以創造台灣製造業的優勢。 本研究以模糊層級分析法(FAHP),進行分析各個衡量構面與評估準則間的權重關係,藉以探討台灣自動化設備產業推動智慧工廠專案成功之關鍵成功因素。研究結果發現「相關技術建立與整合」與「人力素質提升與培養」這兩大構面之合計權重值達66.6%,在台灣自動化設備產業推動智慧工廠專案時,企業決策者應將其列為最優先考量之層面。
“Smart Factory” is the most popular subject discussed by the world’s industries in recent years.Governments and international companies are promoting Smart Factory actively.Manufacturing as the economic pillar of Taiwan are facing two major challenges.One is the rise and impact of the “Red Supply Chain” from Mainland China.The other is the gap of labor force due to the lower birth rate is increasing yearly. To help overcome the difficulties in manufacturing,Taiwan Government decided to promote “Producitivity 4.0” project to assist the construction of Smart Factory in industries,in order to create the advantages in manufacturing of Taiwan. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) as a method of analysis in this study, the analysis of weight relationship between each measure dimension and evaluation criteria and to explore the key success factors in promotion of Smart Factory in Taiwan automation equipment industry. The study results showed that "Establishment and Integration of related technologies " and "Enhancement and Training of Quality in Human Resource " these two major dimensions of the total weight value of 66.6%. In promotion of Smart Factory in Taiwan automation equipment industry,business decision-makers should be consideration as a top priority level.
