台灣女性創業者勝任力之探討
A Study on Competency of Women Entrepreneurs in Taiwan

＂Entrepreneurship＂ is basically regarded as a male-dominated career, men have the inherent characteristics of adventure, with their own ideas. With the pace of the times, the improvement of gender knowledge, education, and the development of the Internet, opened the upsurge of women for entrepreneurship. This paper analyzes the relevant factors of women entrepreneurs in Taiwan based on competency model.
