學生選填校系關鍵因素之研究－以某雙校區大學為例

A Study on the Key Factors of Students' Selection on Campus and Major: The Case of One Dual Campus University

摘要

本研究計劃利用與重要人士訪談與高中生問卷，提出一些志願選填的問題。試圖提出一些自我強化的方案，特別是針對財金科系，為南校區相關科系找出自我利基。站在高中生的觀點為南校區找出競爭策略，一個建立自我特色的策略。經由因素分析， 本研究發現 有四大構面會影響高中生選校(1)同儕與流行文化(2)未來發展(3)經濟現實因素(4)聲望與父兄影響。如何在這四大構面下對高中生進行有效而持續洗腦式宣傳，是本校區財金科系應努力的方向。其中有細部的因素可參考各個成分中的因素，例如學校的聯網速度、課程中包含內容生活化、學校的畢業學長是否是名人、.學校的聲望。這些因素都不陌生，但是重點是如何操作讓高中生能更容易接受本校區，就是功力。也是決定南校區的生死存亡關鍵。最後則是如何讓高中生接受私校優於公校的講法，本研究提出一些可能。就是名人效用、畢業後能否有高薪工作與校內工讀機會。有些是文宣效應，然而校內工讀的機會確實是校方可以提供並同時對高中生廣為宣傳的一項有利工具。

The study plans to use important interviews with senior students and raise some volunteer questions. We try to put forward some self-strengthening program, especially for the South Campus and North Campus highly overlapping department, for the South Campus related departments to find self-niche. To stand high school students point of view for the South Campus to find a competitive strategy, a strategy to establish self-characteristics. (1) Peer and pop culture (2) future development (3) economic reality factor (4) prestige and father and brother influence. How to carry out effective and sustained brainwashing publicity for high school students in these four facets is the direction of the efforts of the school district. There are detailed factors that can refer to the factors in the various components, such as the speed of the school network, the course contains the content of life, the school graduate is a celebrity, the school's reputation. These factors are no stranger, but the focus is how to operate so that high school students can more easily accept the campus, is the skill. But also determine the key to the survival of the campus. Finally, how to make high school students to accept the private school is better than the public school of the argument, this study made some possible. Is the celebrity utility, after graduation whether there is a high salary and school work opportunities. Some of the propaganda effect, but the opportunity to read the school is indeed the school can provide and at the same time high school students widely publicized a favorable tool
