休閒農場導入環境教育與食農教育之整合策略研究

摘要


台灣從農業轉型到工業的發展,農產生產型態受到衝擊,農民的生計來源受到挑戰,在農業主管單位的輔導下,許多農民紛紛轉型成休閒農業經營者。轉型後的經營者,因初期經驗不足而面臨困境,目前業者經營發展的重點,多以配合政府推動環境教育與食農教育,並利用環境資源以及辦理體驗教育活動為主。本研究目的是針對休閒農場導入環境教育與食農教育,以及兩者所引導的經營策略進行探討。推論結果顯示:消費者普遍認同「環境教育」與「食農教育」的重要性,也認同「環境教育」及「食農教育」在休閒農場經營活動上需進行整合,這將是休閒農場經營者在面對目標顧客時所應重視的,並且建議政府在推動政策時,應鎖定潛在待教育的消費者,進行再教育並輔以理念宣導的預期效果為佳。

With the transformation from agricultural to industrial development in Taiwan, agricultural production patterns and farmers' sources of livelihood have been severely impacted. Under the guidance of government, many farmers have transformed into agricultural and leisure farm owners. However, due to insufficient experience, problems regarding management and marketing were encountered. At present, through the cooperation with the government, the environmental protection and food agricultural education can be promoted. In addition, proper use of the environmental resources and implementation of educational activities can be publicized. The purposes of this study are to bring about the integration of the environmental education and food farming education in leisure farms and to investigate the efficacy of the management strategies guided by the two. The results reveal that consumers, realizing the importance of "environmental education" and "food farming education", support that "environmental education" and "food farming education" be integrated in the business activities of leisure farms. When facing the target customers, leisure farm owners should collaborate with the government to target potential consumers and to promote re-education of environmental knowledge and publicity of food farming education.
