休閒農業區農地資源運用類型之研究

摘要

本研究以休閒農業區內經營者為受訪對象，旨在區分休閒農業區農地資源運用之類型，並藉以瞭解不同農地資源類型休閒農業區之特徵及其在資源運用上之差異性。且找出影響休閒農業區農地資源需求與農地資源競合策略之主要影響因子。此間，本研究以郵寄問卷調查與SPSS統計程式軟體進行實證分析，使用的統計方法有敘述性統計、信效度分析、集群分析、變異數分析、t檢定、典型相關。
　　研究結果顯示，不同場性特徵對於休閒農業區農地資源需求與農地資源競合策略有不同的認知，另外，農地源運用類型可分為自然景觀資源類型及文化產業資源類型，且不同農地資源運用類型對農地資源需求與農地資源競合策略有不同的認知。其中，自然景觀資源類型之農地資源需求與農地資源競合策略不具有相關性，而文化產業資源類型之農地資源需求與農地資源競合策略具有相關性。此間，農地資源需求與農地資源競合相關之主要影響因子為「有效需求」及「互補關係」。

The purpose of the study is to understand the patterns of utilization for agricultural land resources in leisure agricultural area. In accordance with the research motivation and objectives, questionnaire was designed and sent to the managers of the Taiwan Leisure Agricultural Area. The empirical data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical software package. The analytic tools include: reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test and canonical correlation.
　　Conclusions showed as following：
1.Using cluster analysis, the patterns of utilization for agricultural land resources in leisure agricultural area were classified into two groups based on major utilization for agricultural land resources. Those two groups named “nature-landscape- resource” and “culture-industry-resource”.

2.There are significant differences on the demands and the strategies of Co-opetition for agricultural land resources in different characteristics of Leisure Agricultural Area.

3.There are significant differences on the demands for agricultural land resources in different patterns of utilization for agricultural land resources.

4.There are significant differences on the strategies of Co-opetition for agricultural land resources in different patterns of utilization for agricultural land resources.

5.There are existed key factor between the demands and the strategies of Co-opetition for agricultural land resources in “culture-industry-resource” pattern. None in “nature-landscape- resource” pattern.

Finally, in accordance with the research result, we supply implications for managemet and research, and recommendations for managers of leisure farms and government.
