隨著全球化程度不斷的擴大,企業現在也越來越認識到企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility,CSR)的價值,並將CSR視為一種策略工具。因此,本研究探討CSR與技術創新之間的影響。在分析上,本研究使用的樣本是中國滬深A股上市中,共275家高科技技術企業。實證結果顯示,CSR與技術創新之間關係是為U型關係。而在調節變數上,政府補助以及海歸管理者對CSR與技術創新間的關係具有顯著正向調節效果。總體而言,本研究確認CSR能夠為企業帶來技術創新,但關鍵在於一開始並不會有立竿見影的效果,而是需要一定程度的投入後才能得到創新。
As globalization continues to expand, companies are now increasingly aware of the value of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and see it as a strategic tool. Therefore, this study examines the impact between CSR and technological innovation. The sample used in this study is a total of 275 high-technology companies listed on A-shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China. The empirical results show that the relationship between CSR and technological innovation is a U-shaped relationship. In terms of a moderating variable, government grants and returnee managers have a significant positive moderating effect between CSR and technological innovation. Overall, this study confirms that CSR can bring technological innovation to firms, but the key is that it does not have an immediate effect at first, but requires a certain level of investment before innovation can be achieved.
