摘要

台灣涉及性相關法律的制定，係因應社會多元的需要，重新檢視與性相關的類型、態樣及保護法益，透過修法或制定法律，試圖達到尊重多元、友善平等的社會。基此，係與國際立法潮流相一致，然不可否認，性的相關法律，在台灣社會並未完全落實，吾人除應更積極思考有助於促進性的規範意義與內涵以及更有效的實踐機制外，性教育以及人權意識的喚醒與提升更是刻不容緩的事。

The formulation of sexual relationship laws in Taiwan was due to the diverse needs of community and re-examine the sexual relationship's types, states, and protection of legal interests. It is trying to achieve respect for diversity, friendly and equal society by amending or making the laws. The trend line is consistent with international legislation, but these relevant laws in Taiwan society has not fully implemented. We should think how to promote a more positive meaning and content of sexual relationship and more effective practical mechanisms. It is very urgent to wake up and raise sexual education and awareness of human rights.
