目的:運動人口為追求更佳之健康生活品質,運動App功能設計可提升動態生活型態的參與,故本研究透過動態生活的觀點探討目前運動App主要功能以及設計議題。方法:本研究以工作坊形式收集參與者運動過程,藉由記錄參與者使用運動App,且輔以結構式訪談與焦點團體訪談法,歸納運動App功能與設計準則。結果:一、個人運動模式須重視啟發動機與監測功能,且須強化系統共融性設計。二、人際與社會互動功能以分享與回饋,最能增進情感與培養運動習慣。三、實質環境中參與者認為App功能應具備規劃運動路線與監測運動場域功能,提升運動之便利性與安全性。四、政策周全性應落實於年長與年輕參與者之間,透過運動新知的推廣,以減少數位落差的產生。結論:本研究建議運動App功能設計,應以強化系統共融性、降低科技的數位落差、預覽運動環境之功能為首要,同時推廣政策的宣傳,提升科技新知的傳播,以利動態生活觀點之落實。
Purpose: The design of sports App functions could enhance the participation of people a better active living. The study was to explore the design Issue of sports App through the perspective of active living. Methods: In this study, we collected participants' exercise process and recorded their data in a workshop. The study also used structured interviews and focus group interviews to summarize the design principles of sports App functions. Results: The results showed that 1. the individual movement patterns emphasized on motivation monitoring functions, and the system communion. 2.The most important functions in Interpersonal and social interaction was sharing and feedback. They could increase exercise habits effectively. 3. Participants considered that the functions of Apps need to include the planning exercise routes and monitoring exercise areas. To enhance the convenience and safety of physical environment. 4. The policy comprehensive should promote the knowledge of sports to reduce the digital gap. Conclusion: This study suggests that sports app should prioritize enhancing system integration, and reducing the digital divide in technology. Also it need to incorporate features that allow users to preview the sporting environment. Additionally, it is recommended to promote policy awareness and improve the dissemination of technological knowledge. To facilitate the implementation of active living.
