近年健康塑身Apps使用率逐年提高,透過瞭解使用者能優化更好使用的產品。目的:本研究旨在透過內容分析探討熱門健康塑身Apps中之負面評論內容。方法:研究對象是2019年7月至11月蒐集Google Play的「健康塑身」類別前50大熱門Apps的頁面資訊。研究工具為Power Choice決策分析工具、關鍵字擷取系統與SPSS統計分析軟體。結果:研究結果為功能性App負評應優先處理,而在負評中無人提及健康塑身Apps提供內容之資訊正確性。結論:本研究結論能讓開發商透過使用者負評,以了解使用者關注健康塑身Apps所須具備的功用,並將功能性與互動性負評內容做為版本修正的依據,提供較佳使用者體驗。
Purpose: Health and fitness applications (apps) have become increasingly popular, and developers must understand users if they are to optimize apps. The purpose of this study was to investigate negative reviews of popular health and fitness apps using content analysis. Methods: From July to November 2019, this study collected publicly available data and negative reviews from the information pages of the top 50 apps in the "Health and Fitness" category of the Google Play store. The researchers employed Power Choice for the analytic hierarchy process, a keyword extraction system for content analysis, and SPSS for statistical analysis. Results: Negative reviews should be the priority for developers. However, the accuracy of negative reviews is dubious. Conclusion: The results of this study can help app developers understand user concerns regarding the features of health and fitness apps and apply negative functional and interactive reviews as the bases for revisions to improve user experience.
