國中學生籃球運動員社會支持、運動自我效能對運動參與影響之研究

A Study on the Influence of Social Support and Sports Self-Efficacy on Sports Participation among Junior High School Basketball Players

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討國中籃球學生員的社會支持、運動自我效能對運動參與之影響。方法:以臺東縣國中籃球學生運動員為研究對象,透過問卷調查法進行研究,並採用立意取樣,回收213份有效問卷,進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析。結果:(一)不同背景變項之國中籃球學生運動員在社會支持與運動自我效能皆具顯著差異;(二)國中學生籃球運動員之社會支持、運動自我效能對運動參與達顯著正相關;(三)運動自我效能在社會支持與運動參與間具完全中介效果。結論:國中籃球學生運動員社會支持愈高,且運動自我效能愈好,則他們運動參與會愈高。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of social support and sports self-efficacy on the sports participation of junior high school basketball students. Method: This study focused on junior high school basketball athletes in Taitung County, Taiwan, and employed a questionnaire survey method. Purposeful sampling was used, and a total of 213 valid questionnaires were collected for descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-tests, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: (1) Junior high school basketball athletes with different background variables showed significant differences in both social support and sports self-efficacy; (2) There was a significant positive correlation between social support and sports self-efficacy among junior high school basketball athletes; (3) Sports self-efficacy played a fully mediating role in the relationship between social support and sports participation. Conclusion: Junior high school basketball athletes with higher levels of social support and better sports self-efficacy tend to have higher levels of sports participation.
