運用翻轉教學提升護理人員執行心導管檢查照護完整率

Using Flip Learning Model to Enhance Nursing Staff to Perform Complete Cardiac Catheterization Care

摘要


完整心導管檢查照護,對病患安全及預防合併症有密切關係,本專案運用翻轉教學提升護理人員執行心導管檢查照護完整率。資料分析結果護理人員執行心導管檢查照護平均完整率78.33%,原因有標準作業書未整合、缺乏檢查前查檢表、護理評估單和醫囑未整合、教育訓練不完整、未有衛教輔助工具。經專案實施:整合標準作業書、制定檢查前查檢表、利用資訊系統整合檢查前後單張及醫囑、運用翻轉教學於在職教育課程、製作護理人員自學影片、運用多媒體輔助衛教指導,照護完整率提升至98.83%。藉由方案執行使護理人員能主動學習,增進專業知能,並有效提升護理品質,期望臨床護理教育多元化發展。

Complete cardiac catheterization care for patient safety and prevention of complications are highly correlated. The project was using flip learning model to enhance nursing staff to perform complete cardiac catheterization care. Nursing staff perform cardiac catheterization care average integrity rate was 78.33%. According to data analysis found the incorrect reasons include: 1. No clinical care criterion & checklist 2. There are not integrated nursing assessment leaflet and medical advice 3. There are not complete nursing education and training program 4. No health education tools. By developing cardiac catheterization care standards & checklist, using information system to integrate nursing check sheet and doctor's advice, using nip learning model on in-service education courses, production of nursing staff self-study film, using multi-media support health education. Complete cardiac catheterization care rate increased to 98.83 %. The implementation of the project can enhance the nurse professional clinical care quality.
