新冠肺炎疫苗管理與疫苗接種經驗分享

新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）已經邁入第三年，疫苗施打的涵蓋率已經是終結病毒的關鍵因素。本篇藉由專責單位對疫苗管理與施打制定相關流程，協助院內員工及院外民眾以及高風險的慢性個個案施打COVID-19疫苗。疫苗注射對象包括社區居家個案、機構員工與住民和學校學生，以及政府陸續開放的接種別之民眾。透過建立疫苗相關流程，確保接受疫苗施打的安全性；完成預防接種資訊管理系統之開發，藉由預約系統可獲知預定施打的人數，能更精確掌握疫苗施打的相關人力及物力安排。醫療院所第一線醫護人員的疫苗施打率，關係到這場疫情最前線的戰鬥力，透過護理單位主管溝通，協助疫苗接種後休假之安排，順利度過接種疫苗後短暫的不適期，讓第一線工作人員能安心施打疫苗，更期望透過防疫措施、減少可能的傳播途徑和完成疫苗接種，讓疫情早日消失。

COVID-19 has already been three years, the coverage of vaccination is a key factor in ending the virus. This article is about helping the staff in the hospital, citizens, and the high risk chronic individuals vaccine by the procedure of vaccine management and administration from the specific departments. The targets of vaccination include community cases, institutional employees and residents, and school students, as well as other people who have been approved by the government. Through establishing vaccine-related processes to ensure the safety of vaccine, and develop the vaccination information management system. Through the reservation system, the number of people who have made the appointment could be known, and the human and material arrangements for vaccine could be more accurately arranged. The vaccination rate of front-line medical staff in medical institutions is related to the combat effectiveness of the epidemic. It assists in the arrangement of the day off after vaccination to successfully go through the short discomfort period after vaccination by communicating with the supervisor of the nursing unit so that the frontline staff can vaccine peacefully. It is even more hoped that the epidemic will disappear as soon as possible through prevention measures, reducing possible transmission routes and completing vaccination.
