The world has been greatly affected during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic since 2019. The emergence of emerging infectious diseases has caused great stress on healthcare workers. In addition to the increasing workload, they are fear of being infected with COVID-19 and transmitting the disease to family members. The aim of our article is to establish hospital staff's psychological support and mental assistance for epidemic prevention, to formulate implementation strategies for early detection of staff's psychological stress and to promote resilience.
