新冠肺炎期間中華院區專責病房之防疫作為與照護經驗分享

摘要
2019年12月武漢出現病毒性肺炎病例，迅速傳播至全球各地，2020年2月11日世界衛生組織將此疾病命名為Coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19），面對COVID-19世界各地醫療系統應變效率及運作系統備受考驗。本文主要是針對在2020年至2021年期間面臨COVID-19疫情衝擊下，中華院區2個專責病房在這場防疫戰役中的作為及照護經驗分享，內容包括因應專區設置的軟硬體設備整備及升級、負壓隔離病房護理人力的盤點及培訓，面臨疫情再起時實際護理人力臨床運用、專責病房防疫照護經驗分享。在防疫過程中各科部不管在感控政策擬定、資材物資調配、工程施工、病人員工關懷上等，無不積極的溝通協調、分工合作，建立各項防疫策略及照護流程以提升防疫照護品質，實為第一線護理人員身後最堅強的後盾。
