排球跳躍曲墜發球特徵及訓練之探討

摘要

跳躍墜發球已成為排球選手主要的發球利器，為了使教練及選手對跳躍曲墜發球能更進一步認識，筆者嘗試針對跳躍曲墜發球近年之比賽績效進行了解，透過運動生物力學原理對此一發球技術特徵進行探討，並以個人參與排球運動多年來的經驗與體會，提出一些見解，藉以了解其動作技術流程。最後，並提出如何針對此一發球技術進行訓練，提供給教練或選手未來針對此一發球技術進行訓練時，有一參考依據，進而達到提昇我國排球選手跳躍曲墜發球技術水準之作用。

Topspin serve in jump has been the main power tool on serve of volleyball players. For coaches and players can know more about topspin serve in jump the writer try to analyze the characteristics of topspin serve in jump then discuss the technique in the kinematical theory of the Biomechanical of sport and writer's personnel experience and realization of volleyball games. Topspin serve in jump is different from normal service. it has characteristics such that high-point to hit ball, close to net, fast-ball speed, lower-curve to cross net and its placement is closer to net. Topspin serve in jump has been used generally in games and have the function on higher score rate and destroy the attack tactics of serve receiver organization. Therefore to understand technical movements of topspin serve in jump, to analyze its characteristics about movements and techniques will be more helpful in promoting the level of topspin serve in jump technique of our volleyball players.
