跆拳道驟死戰局攻擊策略分析研究

摘要

2005年跆拳道競賽規則中增加驟死戰局後，對於比賽結果增添了許多變數。研究主要目的是想要瞭解當進行驟死戰局時，致勝選手所採取的攻擊策略爲何？因此本研究資料來自一支甲組跆拳道選手隊伍之模擬驟死戰局之賽前問卷，以及九十四年第二屆總統盃跆拳道錦標賽實際比賽情形。研究結果得到下列幾項結論：一、致勝戰術方面，甲組選手問卷中發現反擊戰術高於主動戰術；實際比賽發現主動戰術高於反擊戰術。二、得分攻擊動作方面，兩種資料均顯示，以旋踢攻擊動作爲最主要的得分動作。三、攻擊腳與站姿攻擊面，兩種資料均得到相同結果，右腳高於左腳比例，後腳高於前腳比例。四、攻擊目標的研究結果發現，兩種資料均以中端攻擊部位爲主要目標。五、在應用步法方面，實際比賽的研究結果發現直接步法爲第一高比例，後退步法爲第二高比例；而問卷中發現，後退步法爲第一高比例，直接步法爲第二高比例。

After the addition of the Sudden-Death-Round in the 2005 Taekwondo Competition Rules, there are many factors which may effect the result of competition. The purpose of the study is to find the best attacking strategy in sudden-death-round. A survey of simulation of a sudden-death-round competition for a group of taekwondo athletes and the observation of the Second Taekwondo Championship, 2005, were conducted The result is as follows: 1. The athletes claimed that winners mostly defend more than attack; but in contrarily, the competition analysis found that attacking was better than defending. 2. Both studies found that the round-house-kick is the most important attacking action to gain points. 3. Both studies found that right leg is used more than left leg and back leg more than front leg. 4. Both studies found that mid-section is the main attacking targeted. 5. The observation of competition found that moving forward immediately is better than moving backward. But, in contrarily, the survey showed that moving backward is better than moving forward.
