劍道攻擊速度訓練對新陳代謝反應之探討

Research on the Impacts of the Speed Training of Kendo Attack on Metabolic Reactions

摘要


目的:探討劍道攻擊速度與頻率對新陳代謝之差異。方法:受試者爲6位優秀女性劍道選手(年齡27.2±7.9歲,身高161.3±4.6cm,體重59.2±4.9kg,平均訓練年數爲13.7±6.2年)。測試方式以連續攻擊手部、面部之動作,每次10秒鐘,共進行5次,每次間歇30s。採血時間點爲第2-5次與結束後1、3、5分鐘。數據以直線回歸分析運動負荷與新陳代謝之關係。結果:5次攻擊頻率平均值爲5.9±0.31次,心跳率爲162±7.7min^(-1)。2-5次測試血液乳酸堆積平均值爲6.3±1.3mmol/l。乳酸代謝率與攻擊頻率達正相關(r=.50),運動負荷心跳率與乳酸代謝率呈現正相關(r=.60)。結論:5次測試,受試者於短時間內堆積高乳酸。這種狀況顯示,選手之主要能量來源ATP-PC,無法在測試間歇期中產生較佳的恢復,進而影響攻擊頻率。建議應著重比賽速度節奏之方式訓練,提昇無氧非乳酸耐力能力與其恢復之速度。

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the difference in metabolism caused by Kendo attacking speed and frequency, and if they have positive correlation. Method: Participants were six female athletes, and their mean age is 27.2±7.9 years, mean height is 161.3±46 cm, mean weight is 59.2±4.9 kg, average training year is 13.7±6.2 years. The method were continuous motion of hand and head attacking, 10 seconds a time, five times all together with a 30-second interval between each. The timings of taking blood samples were at the 1(superscript st), 3(superscript rd) and 5(superscript th)-minute after the 2(superscript nd) to 5(superscript th) times of attacking. Linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between exercise load and metabolism. Result: Mean frequency of the five times' attacking was 5.9±0.31 times, the heart rate was 162±7.7 times/min^(-1). The mean blood lactate accumulation of 2(superscript nd) to 5(superscript th) times' attacking was 6.3±1.3mmol/l. Lactate metabolic rate and attack frequency reached positive correlation (r=0.5), and the heart rate during exercise load was positively correlated with lactate acid metabolic rate (r=0.6). Conclusion: Participants accumulated high blood lactate during five times' test, and this result showed that major energy was used from ATP-PC energy system, which cannot recover efficiently in the intervals and therefore influenced the attacking frequency. It is suggested that the training plan should emphasize the attacking speed and rhythm, and enhance anaerobic endurance and restore velocity.
