摘要

有好的教練，才會有好的運動。好教練才能教出好運動員。為提升教練素質，本文介紹運動王國－美國運動與教練組織，包括美國國家運動及體育協會、美國高中運動聯盟、北卡羅來納教練協會所發展出的教練相關準則，希望能提供國內各運動組織的參考，同時，希望國內的各級運動教練能夠引以自省，共同建立合乎倫理準則、有利於選手成長與運動發展的運動環境。

Quality coaches, quality sports. Good coaches make good players. In order to promote coach quality in an ethic perspective, this paper introduces the guidelines of coaches code developed by National Association of Sports and Physical Education, National Federation of State High School Coaches Association, and North Carolina Coaches Association as well as National Federation Interscholastic Coaches Association. It is hoped that ethics can be appreciated by domestic sport coaches so that they may use these guidelines to evaluate themselves to see if they are qualified coaches. In addition, it is also hoped that we may create a proper environment for the development of sportsmanship of young athletes.
