探討羽球運動教練之專業能力

A Study on the Professional Ability of a Badminton Coach

摘要


羽球運動教練應對羽球領域有深刻理解並具備專業能力,對各種基本體能進行有系統、有計畫的訓練與培育,才能有效提升羽球選手競技水平。針對選手技術與體能上的缺陷,提供適切的指導方針,以有效增強訓練成效。本研究目的是探討羽球運動教練所需具備的專業能力,以提升其執行方法、領導策略與訓練方案,同時排除不適當的訓練方法,進而提出羽球運動教練須具備的專業構面之參考。本研究經由文獻分析後發現,出色的羽球教練需具備以下五個關鍵面向的專業能力:深厚的羽球領域知識、紮實的學科知識、專業的特定訓練知識、卓越的比賽技能,持續進取的教練專業發展態度。在教練的職業發展歷程中,必須全面考慮並持續更新羽球領域知識、專業訓練知識和學術知識,確保教練員能夠與時俱進,保持專業水平。

This study aims to explore the professional competencies required for badminton coaches through qualitative research methods, with the goal of enhancing their coaching techniques, leadership strategies, and training programs, while also eliminating inappropriate training methods. The study focuses on addressing technical and physical deficiencies in athletes and providing appropriate coaching guidelines to effectively enhance training outcomes. The research findings indicate that exceptional badminton coaches need to possess five key aspects of professional competence: a profound understanding of the badminton domain, a solid grasp of relevant academic knowledge, specialized training expertise, outstanding competitive skills, and a continuous growth-oriented attitude toward coach professional development. Throughout the coach's professional development journey, it is essential to comprehensively consider and consistently update their badminton domain knowledge, specialized training knowledge, and academic knowledge, ensuring that coaches can stay up-to-date and maintain their professional standards.
