本研究目的係在探討選手心理資本與教練領導行為對於滿意度之影響。研究方法:以99、100及101年全國中等學校運動會獲得跆拳道團體成績前六名之學校選手為問卷受試對象,有效問卷358份,佔總問卷回收率92%。問卷測量工具為「心理資本」、「教練領導行為」及「選手滿意度」。量化資料以同時迴歸分析探討各構面之相關與影響。研究結果:一、心理資本、教練領導行為及選手滿意度的相關而言呈現部分正相關;二、心理資本對選手滿意度各向度:個人待遇、個人表現、團隊整合、團隊互動及親友支持具有部分影響力;三、教練領導行為對選手滿意度各向度:個人待遇、個人表現、團隊整合、團隊互動及親友支持具有部分影響力;四、心理資本的自我效能感及教練領導行為的訓練與指導行為,是影響高中職跆拳道選手滿意度的最重要因素。研究結論:高中職跆拳道選手的心理資本與教練領導行為對滿意度之間確實具有影響力。
The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of psychological capital and leadership behavior of coaches on the satisfactory of athletes. Research method: Questionnaires were given to Taekwondo athletes from high schools which obtained the first 6 ranks in the overall result from the 2008, 2009, 2010 in the National High School Athletic Game. Number of effective questionnaires was 358, which was 92% of the total questionnaires collected. Questionnaire measurement tools were ”psychological capital,” ”leadership behavior of coaches” and ”athlete's satisfaction.” Quantitative data were analyzed using simultaneous regression analysis to investigate each dimension of the relevant effects. Results: 1. Psychological capital of athletes, leadership behavior of coaches, and athlete's satisfactory showed partial positive correlation; 2. The aspects in athletes satisfactory that affects psychological capital were: individual treatment, individual performance, team integration, team interaction, and support from relatives had partial effects; 3. The dimensions in athletes satisfactory that affects the leadership behavior of coaches were: individual treatment, individual performance, team integration, team interaction and support from relatives had partial effects. 4. Self-efficacy in psychological capital and the training and instruction in leadership behavior were the most important factors that affects the satisfaction of high school Taekwondo athletes. Conclusion: It was obvious that the psychological capital of high school Taekwondo athletes and leadership behavior of coaches had influence on satisfaction of athletes.
