目的:本研究目的為探討4 週的複合式訓練介入是否能夠改善優秀男子排球選手之防守敏捷能力、爆發力與加速度之能力。方法:本研究以大專22 名大專男子排球選手為研究對象,並將其平均分為複合式訓練組(complex training group, CTG)與阻力訓練組(resistance training group, RTG),進行四週訓練。以排球運動後排 側移位反應評估系統與足底薄膜開關測量其反應時間(reaction time, RT)與整體反應時間(totalresponse time, TRT),並量測30 公尺衝刺跑速度與下蹲跳(counter movement jump, CMJ)之最大發力率。以共變數分析(ANCOVA)比較訓練後組間之差異,並以α =.05 為顯著水準。結果:結果顯示,透過4 週的複合式訓練可以有效的提升排球運動員在移動上的防守敏捷性(RT: 291.47 ± 3.56 vs. 293.50 ± 4.27 ms; TRT: 1646.36 ± 74.38 vs.1691.99 ± 82.39ms)、下肢爆發力(5.17 ± 1.34 vs. 4.85 ± 1.24 BW)與加速度(4.62 ± 0.24vs. 4.64 ± 0.25 s)之能力。結論:藉由4 週的複合式訓練能夠顯著的改善研究對象的運動表現,對於需要短時間爆發性的運動項目而言,複合式訓練比單一實施阻力訓練有效。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 4 weeks complex training in defensing agility, maximum power and speed (30 meter sprint) of collegiate volleyball athletes. Methods: Twenty-two volleyball players were recruited and divided into complex training group (CTG) and weight training group (WTG) which were required to implement four weeks training program. The volleyball defensing response evaluated system and foot switch were used to measure the total response time (TRT) and reaction time (RT). Besides, the 30 meters sprint and counter movement jump (CMJ) were used to test the speed and maximum power of the subjects. Data were analyzed by using one-way ANCOVA with α level set at .05. Results: The results indicated that after 4 weeks complex training, the CTG was significant superior in defensing agility and speed (RT: 291.47 ± 3.56 vs. 293.50 ± 4.27 ms; TRT: 1646.36 ± 74.38 vs. 1691.99 ± 82.39 ms), maximum power (5.17 ± 1.34 vs. 4.85 ± 1.24 BW) and speed (4.62 ± 0.24 vs. 4.64 ± 0.25 s). Conclusions: In conclusion, the physical performance could be significantly improved via complex training and better than via weight training only.
