目的:本研究目的旨在比較不同國家菁英室外拔河選手在過磅時、錦標賽前、錦標賽後之身體組成之變化情形與差異。方法:以22位臺灣、南非、英格蘭之U23組600公斤級男子室外拔河選手為受試對象,分別於比賽過磅後、錦標賽前、錦標賽後測量選手體重及身體組成,並以混合設計二因子變異數分析進行統計考驗。結果:一、臺灣、南非、英格蘭的室外拔河選手在世界錦標賽前、錦標賽後的體重皆顯著高於過磅時之體重;二、南非的選手在過磅時、錦標賽前、錦標賽後肌肉百分比皆顯著高於臺灣,而體脂肪百分比在三個時間點皆顯著低於臺灣;三、各國家代表隊於比賽期間之身體總水分並無明顯的變化。結論:發現各國家隊拔河選手於錦標賽前的體重皆大於過磅時的體重,但其增加之體重成分大多為體脂肪重量。南非代表隊選手體脂肪百分比顯著較臺灣的選手低,並擁有較高的肌肉量百分比,此身體組成比例於比賽中的運動表現具有優勢。
Purpose: This study aimed to compare the variation of body composition during in 2015 Tug of War International Federation (TIWF) outdoor world championship in different counties elite outdoor in tug-of-war athletes. Methods: Twenty-two U23 600 kg tug-of war athletes which come from Taiwan, South Africa and England were voluntarily participated in this study. All participants were measured body weight and body composition after the day of weighing, 2 hours before the championship and 30 min after the championship. Data was analyzed by mixed design analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: In the result shown that (1) the weight of athletes in the three countries is significantly heavier before and after the championship than the day of weighing; (2) compare with Taiwanese athletes, South African athletes shown greater muscle percentage and lower body fat; (3) the body water of composition were no changed during the competition. Conclusions: The main finding of this study suggested that the increased the body mass before the competition in all athletes were body fat and the body composition type of South African athletes bring the advantage in competition.
