目的:探討屈光異常的中學競技運動員經過屈光調整後對肌肉緊張程度的影響。方法:受試者為屈光偏差的中學體育班學生11人,實施屈光矯正前後的檢查,檢測上斜方肌及眼眶肌群激痛點之肌張力、壓痛水準及壓痛閾值。結果:一、屈光調節後的肌肉張力、肌肉放鬆時間及肌肉黏滯性均顯著獲得改善;二、屈光調節後的上斜方肌及眼眶肌群的壓痛閾值、視覺類比量表(visual analogue scale, VAS)壓痛水準等均顯著獲得改善。結論:本研究初步證實長期屈光偏差之中學競技運動員與頭頸部肌肉緊張現象有關,經配戴眼鏡進行適度屈光調節後,肌肉緊張現象獲得改善;並將由屈光異常所引起的慢性頭頸部肌肉緊張或疼痛的現象稱為「視覺性頭頸部肌肉緊張症狀」。
Purpose: This study aimed to difference of accommodation refractive error with head-neck muscle stress by senior high school athletes. Methods: The ophthalmologists examined the 11 senior high school athletic participants. They were measured before accommodation and after accommodation that to evaluated the muscle tension and tenderness on the upper trapezius muscle and the orbicularis oculi muscle. Results: (1) there were significant improved the tone, stress relaxation time, and creepability of muscle tension after accommodation on the upper trapezius muscle tension; (2) the tenderness threshold of the upper trapezius muscle, the orbicularis oculi muscle, and visual analogue scale (VAS) of tenderness level were significant improved after accommodation. Conclusions: This study proved significant related between the eye refractive after accommodation and head-neck muscle stress by senior high school athletes, and the muscle tension was improved after accommodation. The phenomenon of chronic head and neck muscle tension or pain caused by refractive error was called "visual muscle stress symptoms on head and neck."
