幼童參與足球運動對身心發展及家庭支持之研究

A Study on the Relationship of Children's Participation in Soccer on Physical Development and Family Support

摘要


本研究主旨在於利用問卷探討足球運動對幼童身心發展及認知、態度、行為。本研究以問卷調查法為研究工具,研究對象以參與2020 VIVA CUP萬歲堅果盃少年足球賽之幼童的家長為母群體。問卷發出478份,回收有效問卷478份,有效回收率100%,調查問卷採用五分量表,以描述性統計及皮爾森積差相關分析(Pearson product-moment correlation)之統計法分析資料。根據研究結果顯示:絕大多數家長肯定足球運動對其子女的身心狀況的正面影響,而很多家長對於子女足球運動至少有中高程度以上的投入或意願,甚至有一部分的家長非常熱衷於給予子女足球運動各種支持。另外,家庭支持與感知幼童足球運動的身心發展之間有顯著的正相關。

This study aimed to utilize questionnaire survey to explore the influence between soccer and youth development, cognitive, attitude, and behavior. Using a questionnaire survey as a method, we had chosen the parents of the children attending 2020 VIVA CUP to be this research population. We hand out 478 questionnaires, 478 useful sample questionnaires are collected (100% of return rate). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive sta-tistics and Pearson product-moment correlation method. The study shows that the par-ents mostly affirm soccer has a positive impact on their children's physical and mental development. Furthermore, the tendencies of involving soccer of many parents were above the average level. Moreover, part of parents is willing to support their children diversely. Besides, there are positive correlations between family support and children's physical and mental development.
