本研究旨在探討足球訓練學童之社會支持、運動熱情與體適能表現之研究。研究以便利抽樣方式進行樣本施測,研究對象為台灣地區參與足球訓練之學童,共計發放321份問卷,回收311份,剔除無效問卷23份,得到298份,有效發放回收率為92. 8%。本研究以足球訓練學童背景變項、社會支持、運動熱情與體適能表現作為研究構面。研究結果發現,不同年級之學童在社會支持與體適能表現具有顯著差異;不同運動時間之學童在社會支持、運動熱情與體適能表現具有顯著差異;不同身體成份之學童在社會支持、運動熱情與體適能表現具有顯著差異;社會支持、運動熱情與體適能表現具有顯著相關;社會支持與運動熱情對體適能表現具有顯著影響。
This research discusses social support, sport passion, and physical fitness of school children with soccer training. Convenience sampling was taken and Taiwanese school children involved in soccer training were taken as participants, and 311 questionnaires were returned (92.8%, exclusive of 23 invalid). This research takes the background of school children as variables, social support, sport passion, and physical fitness as dimensions. The result comes out that school children of different grade show significant difference on social support and physical fitness. School children with different exercise time show significant difference on social support, sport passion, and physical fitness. School children of different body composition show significant difference on social support, sport passion, and physical fitness. Social support, sport passion, and physical fitness have significant correlation. Social support and sport passion show significant influence on physical fitness.
