大學排球選手不同球齡、位置、訓練時數在比賽壓力來源差異分析

Analysis of the Differences in the Sources of Stress in Competition Among University Volleyball Players by Training Age, Position, and Training Hours

摘要


目的:本研究目的為瞭解大學排球選手壓力來源項目,以及不同背景變項大學排球選手壓力來源差異。方法:以「大學排球選手比賽壓力來源量表」作為分析排球選手比賽壓力來源之工具,共計發出200份問卷,剔除無效問卷後共計190份,回收率達95%。本研究對象年齡介於18-23歲。問卷回收後以SPSS For Windows 18.0版統計套裝軟體進行各項統計分析,以描述統計調查受試者不同球齡、不同位置、每週參與訓練時間等統計資料,以單因子變量變異數分析(one-way analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA)進行樣本差異性考驗。結果:大學排球選手比賽壓力來源,在「自己失誤」、「感覺裁判不公平」、「擔心會讓隊友失望」、「擔心無法和平常表現一樣好」、「聽到他人負面評論」、「與隊友爭論」、「教練對我很失望」以及「在不好的場地比賽」等各項目壓力偏大。結論:不同球齡大學排球選手在「對手干擾」因素、每週不同訓練時數大學排球選手在「情緒控制」因素達顯著差異。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the source of stress for university volleyball players and the differences in the source of stress among university volleyball players with different background variables. Methods: This research compiled the "University Volleyball Players' Source of Stress Scale in Competitions". A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out. 190 questionnaires were returned after excluding invalid questionnaires, and the return rate was 95%. The subjects were aged between 18-23 years old. After the questionnaires were collected, SPSS For Windows 18.0 statistical package was used to conduct statistical analyses, and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) was used to test the variance of the samples. Results: University volleyball players were more stressed out in the categories of "made mental error," "received an unfair call from referee," "worrying about disappointing my teammates," "worrying about not being able to perform as well as usual," "received a negative comment from others," "arguing with teammate," "coach was disappointed with me," and "played under poor conditions." Conclusion: There were significant differences in the "opponent interference" factor among university volleyball players of different training ages and the "emotional control" factor among university volleyball players of different training hours per week.
