本研究欲從員工與組織價值觀契合的角度來探討醫院組織中員工人口變項、員工與組織之觀念契合度、工作滿足三者之間的關聯性。研究工具採結構式問卷,以某地區教學醫院的全體員工為研究對象,並採變異數分析以及複迴歸進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,醫院在組織文化價值觀上之實際重視程度皆低於員工預期,且員工與組織價值觀契合度愈差者其工作滿足感愈低;此外,護理人員與醫院之價值觀契合度以及工作滿足皆明顯高於其他職務的員工,本研究更進一步建立職稱、價值觀契合度以及工作滿足感之模式。
This purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between employee demographic variables, personal-organizational fit and job satisfaction. A structural questionnaire was designed, its content included the organizational culture and values scale, job satisfaction scale and demographic variables of employees. Survey data were collected from employees of a region teaching hospital and analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Results indicated that the hospital was less than expectation of its employees for the importance of its organization culture and values. In addition, the worse person-organization fit had a lower employees' job satisfaction level. In addition, the hospital's medical and nursing staff had a higher level of person-organization fit and job satisfaction to other staff with different job responsibilities. Furthermore, the study developed a model of work status, person-organization fit and job satisfaction.
