在競爭激烈的環境當中,企業的存在與否已不是短暫的績效可以說明的,無論是何種性質的產業或大規模、中小型企業,都需要一套卓越的價值理念,由於企業的生存,有賴於員工的努力與信心,所以員工之組織承諾也就越來越被企業所重視,而且企業清楚的展現並塑造價值理念是必要的,價值理念不僅可以幫助領導人因應經濟循環過程中的不同挑戰,更是幫助員工恢復對企業信任的信念與方法。 本研究目的是探討企業價值理念與組織承諾之關聯性,並以台灣地區從業人員為研究對象,透過便利取樣的方式進行問卷調查,總計共發出140份問卷,有效問卷135份,回收率為96%,並採用SPSS統計軟體為統計分析工具,經過分析之後,其研究結果發現如下: 1. 企業價值理念對於組織承諾具有顯著關聯。 2. 不同員工屬性對於企業價值理念具有顯著差異。 3. 不同員工屬性對於組織承諾具有顯著差異。 因此,本研究結果發現,企業價值理念內涵具備與否確實是影響組織承諾的重要因素之一。
In the greatly competitive environment, the corporate existence or not already was not a short period achievements may explain. Regardless of were what kind industry or large-scale, the small and medium-sized corporate, needed a set of excellent values, due to corporate survival, depended on the staff diligently and the confidence, therefore organizational commitment of the staff that also more and more has been taken seriously by the corporate, and molded the corporate values regarding the company clear show is necessary, the values not only might help leader in accordance to economic cycle process in different challenge, helps staff to restore the faith to the corporate. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the corporate values and organizational commitment. Moreover, a questionnaire survey has been conducted aiming at the jobholders in Taiwan as samples. A total of 140 copies of questionnaires have been distributed randomly, 135 respondents were counted as valid and resulting in a valid response rate of 96%. The SPSS statistical analysis software has been utilized to conduct this research. After the analysis of the poll, three conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The corporate values have significant influences with employees’ organizational commitment. 2. Employees of different attributes have significant difference with the corporate values. 3. Employees of different attributes have significant difference with employees’ organizational commitment. The conclusion of this research is: The corporate values is one of the important elements that effect the organizational commitment.
