企業組織文化與組織承諾之關聯性研究

摘要


組織文化與組織承諾除了是產業界的重要課題,也是學術界研究的重要 領域之一,目前也已有不少研究結果指出,兩者間是具有相關性存在的。 本研究目的是在探討企業組織文化與組織承諾之關聯性,並以台灣地區 企業之從業人員為研究對象,以及不同人口背景變項的員工對於組織文化 與組織承諾是否有顯著差異。 透過便利抽樣之方式進行問卷調查,問卷總計發放300 份,回收300 份, 有效問卷234 份,無效問卷66 份,回收率78%,並採用SPSS 統計軟體為分 析工作,經分析後,期研究結果發現如下: 1. 企業組織文化與組織承諾具有顯著關聯。 2. 不同員工背景屬性對組織文化具有顯著差異。 3. 不同員工背景屬性對組織承諾具有顯著差異。 因此本研究結果發現,企業是否具備組織文化之內涵,將會是直接影響 組織承諾的重要因素之一。

Organizational Culture and Organizational commitment are not only the hot topic of the industrial circles,but also are the important area of the academic circles. Until now, there are many research results, correlation between. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the organizational culture and organizational commitment.And employees of enterprises in Taiwan object of study, as well as different demographic background variables employees the organizational culture and organizational commitment are significantly different,Moreover, a questionnaire survey has been conducted aiming at the jobholders in Taiwan as samples.A total of 300 copies of questionnaires have been distributed randomly, 300 respondents were counted as valid and 66 copies invalid questionnaires resulting in a valid response rate of 78%. The SPSS statistical analysis software has been utilized to conduct this research. After the analysis of the poll, three conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The organizational commitment is significantly influenced by organizational culture. 2. Employees of different attributes have significant difference with the organizational culture. 3. Employees of different attributes have significant difference with employees organizational commitment. The conclusion of this research is: The organizational culture is one of the important elements that effect the organizational commitment.
