IT運用、企業流程再造與企業流程策略之關聯性研究

摘要

在現今的企業競爭環境中率先講求的是高效率、低成本的管理，而資訊科技的決速發展使得許多工作可以更有效的達成，用此引入資訊科技至各企業中似乎成為必然的趨勢。使得企業在訂定策略的同時不得不思考IT的運用，而在IT運用的同時也須評估企業的流程是否重新再造。本文以企業流程策略為主，探討企業實施『IT運用』及『企業流我再造』與企業流程策略的相關性。
本研究的母體是以台灣上市上櫃的製造業為主要調查對象，採用郵寄問卷調查法，共計發放800份問卷。回收之有效問卷為132份，問卷之有效回收率為16.5%。將所蒐集的資料採用多元迴歸分析對各研究假說加以驗證結果發現「IT運用」、「企業流程再造」對於「企業成長策略」、「成本領先策略」、「企業流程績效強化策略」具有正向顯著關係，同時也驗證出「IT運用」與「企業流程再造」兩者之間有顯著正向互動關係存在。

Cost-reduction management and production-efficiency ate the missions for companies in present business environments, A lot of tasks could be efficiently and effectively fulfilled by information technology (IT) Consequentially, it is necessary for companies to introduce IT for continuous improvement, Companies have to consider which IT implementation is appropriate when the strategies are adopted. On the other hand companies have to reexamine the rationality of business process in implementing IT.
In this research, author tried to investigate the relationship among IT implementation business process reengineering (BPR), and Business Process Strategies. This is an empirical study by surveying the companies in industries listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange. The author presented some hypotheses to testify some relationships about BPR by statistical analysis.
It indicates that there are positive relationship between IT implementation and BPR strategies as well as BPR and BPR strategies in this research. It is examined that there is a positive relationship between IT implementation and BPR.
