Exploring Partnership Orientations of Different Enterprise Clusters: A Study on Manufacturers in Hsinchu Science Industries Park

摘要


本研究之主要目地在於透過資源基礎理論,探討不同企業群組在追求協同運作以及製造績效時,所採用之夥伴關係策略導向為何。藉此,本研究針對新竹科學園區製造商進行問卷調查,並透過ANOVA以及策略曲線進行分析。研究結果顯示四種企業群組之夥伴關係策略導向具有顯著的差異,由此可知,企業欲透過夥伴關係策略以提升協同運作時,應視企業資源以及能力擬定適當的策略組合。

The main purpose of this research is to clarify strategic orientations of partnership for different enterprise clusters while improving collaboration and manufacturing performance. Thus, the questionnaire survey for manufacturers in Hsinchu Science Industries Park was employed and ANOVA and strategic curve analysis were used in this research. The results indicated that strategic orientations of partnership are significantly different between enterprise clusters. This demonstrated that enterprises need to make appropriate strategic portfolio according to their own resources and capabilities to improve collaboration more effectively.
