整合DEMATEL與ISM運用於連接器的設計

Integrate DEMATEL and ISM Approaches in Connector Design

摘要


DEMTAEL與ISM為結構模型的解析方法,常應用於分析複雜系統中各項因素或元件彼此之關聯性與影響程度。 本研究將DEMTAEL和ISM方法在建構步驟中相同的部份予以整合,籍以簡化繁瑣的數學運算。先以DEMATEL分析新產品開發的各項影響因素及彼此互動程度,再藉由ISM方法確定產品的層級結構。最後利用QFD的概念,參照客戶對產品的需求,建立產品家族的設計模式,簡化產品設計之程序。本研究以某跨國連接器製造公司的產品作為個案實證研究對象,結果發現,本方法可縮短連接器產品之開發時程,提高成功率,產生實際效益。

DEMTAEL and ISM, analytical methods for structural model, are often used to analyze the influence and relationship to various factors or components in complex systems. In this study, the same part of DEMTAEL and ISM method were integrated in order to simplify the complicated process. First, DEMATEL was used to analyze the impact of new product development factors and the degree of interaction. Then, ISM method was applied to confirm hierarchy of the products. Finally, with the concept of QFD, we considered the needs of customers, established the design model for a s product family, simplified the product design processes。 In this study, the research object was the products of a multinational connector manufacturing company. The results showed that this method can shorten the development periods and increased the practical benefits。
