企業導入數位學習關鍵成功因素應用-以工業局推動企業學習網為例

摘要


本研究目的係建構企業導入數位學習之關鍵成功因素,利用德懷術調查法來發展出適切的指標內涵,共邀請15位專家群,對指標進行三回德懷術專家問卷的調查,彙整其意見與進行統計分析後確定關鍵成功因素,其共包含四個構面(經營與績效構面、組織與管理構面、人力資源與資訊科技構面、內容與學習者構面)、8個項目以及68個關鍵成功因素指標內涵。本研究之研究結果,期能供政府部門、企業、輔導機構在導入數位學習時的依據。

The present study was designed to explore key success factors to implement of e-learning with Delphi techniques, and the key success factors will be utilized to develop adequate indicators as well as be referenced by Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs for reviewing the e-learning grant applications from the corporations. Therefore, the present study recruited 15 experts. Three rounds of Delphi questionnaires were conducted, and responses were collected and statistically analyzed. Four aspects (aspect of operation and performance, aspect of organization and management, aspect of human resources and information technology, and aspect of contents and learners), eight items and 72 key success indicators were identified. These indicators will be referenced by the government, corporations.
