老人生理健康、長壽之道

The Way of Physical Health and Longevity for the Elderly

摘要


老年人的健康、長壽必須有優良的遺傳素質、良好自然、社會等的生活環境以及後天的健康、養生知識教育培養。對老年人來說,後天的教育更能吸收更多的健康、長壽有關以及日常生活或人際關係有密切關聯的知識與技能,如筋骨運動、皮膚保護與摩擦、多用腦以預防失智症等等都是促進健康、長壽的方法。

To seniors, the methods of health and longevity include positive genetic inheritances, good and natural living environments, the good care on health, and high-quality education on healthy care. Generally speaking, health education may provide more benefits on health and longevity due to the knowledge and skills between the connections of life routines and social relations such as exercises, skin care and massage, brain usage for preventing the happening of dementia, etc. As a result, all of the above-mentioned approaches may improve health to reach the goal of longevity.
