There are many elderly people who live healthy and happy in the world from ancient time to present time. How can they do this? Their precious living experience is able to be used by us. So the experience of elderly people with long life is collected. Then it is trying to find and investigate the correlation and characteristics, which can be used as the target of reference and learning.
