安全、健康的旅遊與銀髮產業結合
The Health & Safe Traveling for the Senior Citizens
摘要
戴可沃(Ken Dychtwald)在2005年陳述未來的5到25年間，人數最多、權力最為強大的2億人市場即將來臨，這一群二十世紀的「新老年」強勢族群他們對國家、經濟將產生巨大的影響。他直言針對戰復嬰兒潮出生的人量身訂作銷策略與商品，是未來銀產髮業的商機，其中「工作與休閒」是熱門商機之一，因此規劃設計符合老人需求的旅遊事業是未來老人服務行業的重要項目。本文主要目的乃在探討台灣團體旅遊的現況以及銀髮族群參加現行旅遊團時的困境，最後建議依目的、年齡來區隔旅遊行程以符合銀髮族群的需求。作者最後提出不論在國內或是國外旅遊，只要用心去研究及了解長者的需求，為他們設計出貼心的行程，將是在銀髮產業這一塊領域，會有不錯的前景。

Ken Dychtwald (2005) stated that the service or production industry for senior population will play a vital role in the society. Among the service market, traveling management will the focus of the leisure field for the elderly. This paper will discuss the provision of Taiwanese travel market, and to examine the barriers and makes suggestions for the future design for the elderly population. Finally, the author suggests that to meet the requirements of the elderly in the touring market, the agencies should consider the needs of the elderly.
