摘要

本研究以社會現況面、社會需求面作分析，以現代資訊科技為輔，透過文獻查證、專家學者與焦點團體座談的訪談，歸納出健康銀髮族的健康照護需求六項重點，分別是追求健康－規律生活、吃的健康、運動；考量健康醫療服務；選擇養老的居住環境；擁有親情；建立信仰寄託；參加休閒、娛樂、旅遊之社團活動、擔任志工的需求；依銀髮族的健康照護需求，以商業模式觀念性架構為參考依據，考量銀髮家園暨老人社區照顧服務支援中心之概念，以及未來新形態之健康照護模式，將是結合醫療照護產業、社會福利體系、醫療器材產業、生活支援產業、資通訊科技產業、政府機構等所建立的價值網路，同時著重於被照顧者感受的未來市場需求，建構銀髮族家庭式住宅之社區網絡式照護商業模式，注入創新科技設備，提供娛樂、連續性健康照顧等多樣新服務，可能會帶來極大的商業機會，能夠讓有意經營此未來產業的業者具備獲得合理利潤的能力；也能讓健康銀髮族生活中情緒變化受到關注，心靈受到關懷，又能獲得健康老化、擁有親情、健康終老。期望建立銀髮族健康照護商業經營模式，提供未來基模之參考，以增加銀髮族健康照顧功能，提昇生活品質。

The purpose of this study attempts to examine the health care demand of the senior citizens in Taiwan, which is categorized into six dimensions: 1. daily activity patterns, 2. health and medical services consideration, 3. choice of retirement environment, 4. security of kinship, 5. spiritual entrustment, and 6. community and recreational participation. The investigation consists of analyzing current social trends and social demands, current information technology used in the health care industry, review of literature, interviews with industry specialists, and focus group discussion with target sample population. By understanding more in-depth on the health care demand of the senior citizens and reviewing the conceptual planning of the community care service of the Wellness Association Taiwan, the criteria of future business models must integrate the medical care industry, social welfare systems, medical equipment industry, service industry, information technology industry, as well as government entities. The demands from our investigation propose a human-oriented business model, such as a wired residential community with life-assisting technology in each home as well as offering diverse selection of health care related and recreational-related services and activities. With more detailed planning by greater power, this model should be able to promote profitable business opportunities across various industries. Most importantly, it should be able to let senior citizens live the remaining of their life as healthy, spiritually secured, and meaningful.
