摘要

隨著臺灣進入高齡化社會，「老年人旅遊」議題亦逐漸受到國內學界的重視，本文以「老人」、「高齡」、「旅遊」等關鍵字搜尋臺灣期刊論文索引系統、CEPS中文電子期刊服務等資料庫回顧2008年至2018年間臺灣老年人旅遊研究之相關文獻進行分析，從91篇文獻中篩選出24篇期刊論文，以系統性文獻分析法來探究臺灣老年人旅遊行為研究的脈絡與趨勢，瞭解過去學者對此區塊所進行之研究的偏重項目包含旅遊動機與阻礙、旅遊產品及滿意度、旅遊安全與健康等議題，在旅遊活動規劃上必須考量到參與者的健康狀況，健康對於老年人參與旅遊活動而言是重要的影響因素，而在旅遊行程中也須留意其飲食、用藥、行走等健康安全事宜，最適合老年人的旅遊方式有保健旅遊、生態旅遊、安康旅遊等，研究對象仍有侷限，本研究建議：一、後續研究針對不同屬性之老人從旅遊行為模式上的行銷影響、意圖、資訊接收、禮品購買、用餐選擇、體驗評估及重遊意願等變項進行深入探討。二、如何建構優質的老年人旅遊飲食環境與健康安全。三、旅遊業者應提供適合老年人的旅遊產品並且積極提供優質的導遊及領隊人員。

As Taiwan has become the aging society, senior tourism has also been emphasized as academic issue. In this research, 24 articles with keywords including senior tourists, senior's tourism behavior from ＂Index to Taiwan periodical literature system＂ and ＂Airiti library＂ were collected to conduct systematic literature review analysis. All the articles were published from 2008 to 2018 and in Chinese. The purpose of this study is to review the literature in senior tourists and to understand the research focal point including travel motivation and constraints, travel product and satisfaction, and travel safety and health. This study found that tourism activity planning, the health condition of the senior participants must be considered. Health is an important influential factor affected the elder participated in tourism activities. While traveling, it is also necessary to pay attention to senior's health and safety such as diet, medication, walking and so on. The proper travel mode includes health tourism, eco-tourism, and well-being tourism. Eventually, this research provides future practical and research aspects that concerning marketing influences, intentions, receive information, self-gifts and other durable and nondurable purchases, dining out choices, evaluation of experiences, revisit intention issue in senior tourism. Besides, how to construct a high quality the health and safety environment for senior tourist should be emphasized. At last, the tourism industry should provide suitable tourism products and tour guides for the elderly.
