中醫養生三伏貼敷療法針對過敏性鼻炎之療效分析

摘要

三伏貼是一種傳統中醫的治療法，結合針灸、經絡與中藥學，以中藥直接貼敷於穴位，經由中藥對穴位產生微面積化學性、熱性刺激，達到治病、防病的效果。
本研究主要針對醫院三伏貼門診的病患，利用問卷的訪談做療效的調查及評估，並加以統計分析，了解病患使用三伏貼後，對於過敏性鼻炎的相關病症是否有改善。研究中，將初、末伏等前後二次問卷加以收集整合，並使用Microsoft Exce1 2003先建立資料庫表格，再以Statistical Analysis System 9.1 進行T-TEST統計分析。本研究顯示三伏貼療法對過敏性鼻炎患者的臨床症狀在打噴嚏、流鼻水及鼻子癢、過敏發作、鼻塞等症狀有改善但未達統計意義，尤其眼睛癢更具有統計顯著之意義。
本研究顯示三伏貼療法對過敏性鼻炎患者的臨床症狀有顯著的治療效果，故三伏貼對過敏性鼻炎不失為中醫輔助療法中一有效之治療方式。

San-fu-the (also known as dog-days paste) is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment integrating knowledge of acupuncture, meridians, and Chinese medicine. Applied directly onto acupoints, the Chinese medicine contained in the paste produces microarea chemical and thermal stimulation, and thus achieves the effect of cure and prevention. The present research aims to evaluate the effect of San-fu-teh on allergic rhinitis and its related symptoms through surveys of outpatients and subsequent statistical analysis. In this study, questionnaires completed after the initial-paste, mid-paste and the final-paste were collected. The Student's t-test was used for continuous variables, and datagrid was built using Microsoft Excel 2003, followed by T-TEST statistica1 analysis via Statistical Analysis System 9.1. The results indicate significant effects of San-fu-teh on clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis, especially sneezing, runny and itchy nose, allergy, nose irritation, and nasal congestion.
