摘要

異位性皮膚炎是一常見的慢性搔癢性皮膚病，罹患率約2-15%，近年有日益增多的趨勢，部分病人病灶範圍廣泛，呈乾燥脫屑、苔蘚化，搔癢不已，病情頑固，對一般性治療（如：外用類固醇，口服抗組織胺）反應欠佳，不僅影響患者生活、工作、睡眠、情緒，甚至波及家人，使社會付出極大的成本。本文病例討論是一名1歲的男性病患，出生三個月時逐漸產生異位性皮膚炎的症狀，表現為全身皮膚紅疹斑塊、皮膚搔癢脫眉且流液體，經西醫治療後無法根治症狀反覆發作，故尋求中醫治療，在經過一個月時間的治療與追蹤後，症狀得到穩定的控制，藉此病例報告提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic pruritic disease. The prevalence is about 2 to 15 percents, and in recent years, it has an increasing trend. Some patients Atopic dermatitis lesions are extensive, and they are sacles, lichenification, and itching. The current treatment such as topical steroid or oral anti-histamine is not well respond. The symptoms not only affect patients' life, job, sleep, emotion but also affect their family. Here presented a treatment course of a 1-year-old male with atopic dermatitis when he was 3 months old. There were generalized red patchs and were itching, scales, and lichenification. Some of them were pustules. After western medical treatment, the symptoms occurred frequently. Therefore, the patient came for Chinese medical help. After a month intervention, the symptoms were under control. Because of the patient's symptoms improved significantly, to achieve satisfactory results, the treatment can be provided as reference.
