中醫治療多汗症之病例報告

Treatment of Hyperhidrosis In Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Case Report

摘要


多汗症為一種過度產生汗水而與周圍環境或溫度調控正常所需不成比例的疾患,據統計盛行率約3%,造成患者身體上的不適與社交上的尷尬情境,另外也對日常生活與工作的表現、生產力造成負面影響。本文病例討論是一名27歲的男性病患因多汗症至中醫診治的過程,症狀表現為容易汗出、心悸微喘、疲倦與口乾等不適,經由中醫治療約一個月與生活作息的調整,症狀逐漸緩解與穩定。希望藉由此病例報告提出治療經驗,供臨床上參考與運用。

Hyperhidrosis is a disease of excessive production of sweat disproportionate to the amount required for surrounding environmental conditions or thermoregulatory needs. The prevalence is about 3 percents. Besides, it causes physical discomfort and even has negative impact on social interaction, daily life and performance of work. This case report presents the Chinese medicine treatment course about a 27-year-old man suffering from hyperhidrosis. The manifestation were easily sweating, palpitation, fatigue and dry mouth. After one month intervention and lifestyle changing, the symptoms were relieved and under control. Due to achieve satisfactory results, we hope that the treatment can be provided as reference.
